Our bracelets are handmade on Cape Cod, Massachusetts with quality. Each is made with solid materials, either sterling silver or 14k gold, depending on the style you choose. They are never plated, hollow, or light weight like many others you may find.
If you are unsure of your wrist size, simply take a tape measure and wrap it skin tight around your wrist. From there, round up to the nearest 1/2 inch. For example, if your wrist measures 6 3/4 inches, you will need a 7" bracelet. Although, if your wrist measures 7 inches, a 7 inch bracelet will still fit you. They are not supposed to spin around on your wrist.

I first purchased the Sterling Silver Braided Cape Cod Ball Bracelet with the Silver Ball, reconsidered and exchanged it for same, but with the 14k Yellow Gold Ball. It blends nicely with my wife's gold rings.
