Return & Exchange Policy
For purchases made on www.shopnasr.com or in-store at NASR Jewelers, Buzzards Bay, MA.

We want you to love your jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 7 days for a refund or 30 days for an exchange, as long as it is unworn and in original, resalable condition.

Returns & Exchanges – Start Online
To return or exchange an item, visit returns.shopnasr.com and follow the step-by-step process.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- For bracelet or ring size exchanges, follow the portal instructions. If you need sizing help, contact us before sending it back.
How It Works
- Go to returns.shopnasr.com.
- Enter your order details and select whether you want a return or exchange.
- Purchase a prepaid shipping label through our portal or choose to ship with your preferred carrier.
- Once received, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
For exchanges: Once your return is in transit, we will process and ship your new item.
Return Inspection Process
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:
- In brand-new condition with no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
- Returned with all original packaging and materials.
If an item does not meet these requirements, a polishing or refurbishing fee may apply, or the return may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or special orders
- Engraved items (except rings, which can be returned for store credit—engraving fees are non-refundable)
- Items showing signs of wear or damage
- Altered or modified items (including resized rings by another jeweler)
- Final sale & discounted items
- Gift cards
- Shipping fees
- Diamonds missing their original grading reports
Shipping & Loss Policy
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid shipping label can be purchased through our Returns Portal.
- We strongly recommend using insured, trackable shipping, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns.

Order Cancellations & Changes
We process and ship orders quickly. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please call (508) 743-9900 as soon as possible.
- We will attempt to accommodate changes before your order ships, but once shipped, it must be processed as a return or exchange.
- Custom orders and special requests cannot be canceled once in production.
Ring Sizing Policy
We offer complimentary ring resizing for rings purchased through NASR Jewelers when possible. Some styles (eternity bands, alternative metals, etc.) may not be resizable and would need to be remade in the correct size. If you need a resize, contact us to discuss your options.
Return Policy for Etsy Purchases
All Etsy returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal.
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Items must be in new, unworn condition and will be inspected upon return.
- A 10% restocking fee applies to all Etsy returns to cover initial shipping costs and non-refundable Etsy processing fees.
How to Return an Etsy Order
- Start your return at returns.shopnasr.com.
- Pack securely with original packaging and include your order number.
- Ship using a prepaid label purchased through our portal or use your own shipping method.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, minus the restocking fee.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Exchanges for a different size or item are available, or you may choose store credit for the full amount.
