The whale bracelet was super cute but after bending it to adjust to my wrist and get it on/off, it broke in half within two weeks. I reached out to the shop and explained the issue. They explained that the bracelet can break if bent, but they understood and told me to ship it back so they could send a replacement. I paid for shipping and sent it back.
They told me that they shipped the replacement last month but I still have not received it - the tracking number says the label has been created but it hasn't shipped out yet. I haven't heard back from the shop after reaching out to them, either. I am upset that I wasted almost $200 but more disappointed by the terrible customer service and lack of communication. If you have the slightest doubt about the quality or fit, don't waste your money here.
