Our story began in the 1970s, when the Nasr brothers immigrated from Lebanon after years of learning the jewelry trade in factories overseas. When they arrived in America, they began their careers working for Kay Jewelers — but they didn’t stay employees for long.

With skill, creativity, and a true entrepreneurial spirit, the brothers invented the “remount while you wait” event — a concept where customers could bring in their diamond, choose a new setting, and watch the jeweler remount it right in front of them. The idea became a sensation. Kay Jewelers promoted it nationally, and soon the brothers were traveling store to store, performing live remounting events and supplying mountings to jewelers across the country.

Their success allowed them to open their first store in Brockton, Massachusetts in the late ’70s. Over time, the brothers expanded and eventually branched off, each opening their own locations throughout the region. That legacy is still alive today in our Buzzards Bay store — one of the original family locations.

Our Buzzards Bay location continues the tradition started by the Nasr brothers nearly 50 years ago. Simon Nasr eventually settled at this location, keeping the original concept alive: the jeweler’s bench is part of the showroom, not hidden in a back room. Customers can see their jewelry being worked on right in front of them — a level of transparency and trust you won’t find in most jewelry stores.

As the next generation, Joe Nasr has expanded the business further, bringing a modern approach while preserving the craftsmanship and integrity the Nasr family is known for. Today, our work is carried out by a trusted and established team of jewelers, with much of it still done right at the bench. We offer a full range of fine jewelry, engagement rings, custom design, on-site repairs, appraisals, and more — always handled with the same care and values the brothers built this business on.
