I ordered a child single ball cape cod style bracelet for my granddaughter and it’s just perfect! When I went to pick it up I noticed a huge selection of bracelets available in the case. I ended up buying another 3 ball bracelet for my daughter-in-law. Thank you for your great service and very reasonable pricing.

The bracelet is beautiful and the recipient loved it. However I had a bad experience with the shipping. I called the store Tuesday morning and was told that I needed to order the bracelet that day or the MORNING on Wednesday so it would be shipped before the 4th of July holiday. I needed to measure the wrist of the recipient so I called very early on Wednesday morning and no answer ~ I called numerous times that morning and still no answer. I ordered online. The bracelet did not get shipped until the Monday after the 4th holiday. It was for a VERY SPECIAL occasion that I needed it. Consequently it arrived the day after the event. I called the store on Monday to inquire...and was told it was shipped that day and the reason that it wasn't shipped on Wednesday was because they "couldn't get to the store" ~ what kind of business just lets the store close ???? If "traffic" was too much, couldn't an employee walk? It's a business. So for that I was extremely disappointed ~ but the bracelet is beautiful.

My order was exactly as stated. Nasr was easy to work with and I received my mail order within a few days of the initial order date.
